Air Fried Pears with Maple Miso Tahini Sauce, Coconut Yogurt and Pistashios

- 4 medium pears I used Anjou
- cinnamon
Maple Miso Tahini Sauce
- 1 tbsp light miso paste I use chickpea miso
- 2 tbsp runny, light colored tahini I use Simply Organic or the 365 Brand
- 1.5 -2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp almond milk unsweetened
Topings
- coconut yogurt I used Culina's Plain + Simple
- chopped pistachios
Prep
Slice the pears in half and scoop out the seeds with a melon baller or spoon. Sprinkle with cinnamon and place in the air frier basket. Tip: I like to use air frier liners because it makes clean up super quick and easy. I linked some eco-friendly biodegradable liners in the post above!
