This bright green smoothie lives up to its name thanks to some hidden veggies like zucchini and spinach! It's naturally sweetened with bananas and well balanced with healthy fats, fiber-rich carbs and plant protein!
1smallchopped + frozen zucchini a baby zucchini that's about 6in length is perfect
2handfuls baby spinach
1-2Medjool dates, pitted I start with one and add the other if I feel like the banana isn't ripe enough that day
1-2tbsppeanut butter salted
½tspcinnamon
½cupunsweetened soy or oat milk
Instructions
