One Minute Champagne Vinaigrette

A simple homemade vinaigrette made with extra virgin olive oil, Italian herbs and Champagne vinegar. Shake it up and serve on salads, bowls and sub sandwiches!

Equipment

  • 1 small jar with a lid or salad shaker

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 - 1.5 tbsp champagne vinegar (start with one tbsp and add more to taste)
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt I use Morton's
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a container with a lid.
    3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1 - 1.5 tbsp champagne vinegar, ½ tsp Dijon mustard, ½ tsp maple syrup, ½ tsp Italian seasoning, ¼ tsp kosher salt, ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Shake for a full 30 seconds and then enjoy!

Notes

This vinaigrette will last for about one week in the fridge in an airtight container. I love to use this shaker mixing and storing homemade salad dressings!
