Instructions
Prep
Slice the pears in half and scoop out the seeds with a melon baller or spoon. Sprinkle with cinnamon and place in the air frier basket. Tip: I like to use air frier liners because it makes clean up super quick and easy. I linked some eco-friendly biodegradable liners in the post above!
Air Fry
Set the air frier to 375 degrees and bake for 12-15 minuts or until the pears are softened.
Make The Maple Miso Tahini Sauce
In the meantime, combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Taste and add more maple or a sprinkle of salt if desired, then set aside.
Serve
Generously drizzle each pear with the Maple Miso Tahini Sauce and a dollop of coconut yogurt. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and enjoy!
