- 1 handful chopped cilantro
- 3 medium tomatoes
- 2 cups vegan sour cream
- 2 tsp taco seasoning
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika
- 8 radishes thinly sliced
- 2 scallions chopped
- kosher salt and black pepper
