This is everything I eat in a day as a healthy plant-based vegan when I want to eat nourishing, well balanced meals that still taste good! It’s all about healthy swaps, not deprivation!
In this What I Eat in a Day video I shared my breakfast, lunch, and dinner on a typical day.
I also included a few of my tried and true tips for making plant-based meals more hearty, filling, and delicious! Like breakfast cereal.. if you’re hungry after eating a bowl of cereal, try this tip to make it more satisfying.

Remember: a well rounded plant based diet focuses on what you ADD to your plate, not what you’re taking off of it.
