Mix
Add the watermelon and strawberries to a blender and puree until smooth. Then place a strainer on top of a large mixing bowl and pour in the fruit puree. Stir with a spoon to coax the puree through.Then add the agave and rosé and stir to combine. It should look like a pool of liquid pink marble!
Freeze
Transfer to a shallow baking dish with a lot of surface area. A 9x13in pan is a good option for this but you can use wht you have. I used a 9in pie dish in the photos above. Then cover and freeze until solid. About 4 hours.
Scrape
Once frozen, scrape the surface of the pretty pink ice to create slushy icicles.
