How to Make Hailey Bieber's Skin Smoothie Without Pricey Superfoods
A budget-friendly vegan version of Hailey Bieber's Strawberry Skin Smoothie made with frozen strawberries, avocado, dates and almond milk.

- 1½ cups frozen strawberries
- ½ cup almond milk unsweetened
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds raw
- 1/8 block soft tofu about 1.75oz
- ¼ medium avocado
- 2 Medjool dates pitted
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 pinch sea salt
For the Glass:
- coconut cream
- strawberry jam or strawberry puree recipe below
I like to use a store-bought strawberry jam for this because the ingredients are similar, but making homemade strawberry puree is really easy too!
Strawberry Puree:
- Simply combine 1 cup of strawberries and 1 tbsp of sugar in a saucepan.
- Then mix together 1 tsp of cornstarch and 1 tbsp of water and add it to the pot with the strawberries
- Simmer on medium heat until bubbly, then reduce and simmer until the strawberries are softened and the juices have thickened.
- Remove from the heat and dd a squeeze of lemon juice. Then taste and add more sugar as needed.
- Mash with a fork or blend if desired and enjoy!
