Ok so it’s more like Maple Mustard Dressing than honey mustard but I’m telling you, the flavors are extremely similar! This simple vegan salad dressing recipe is a cinch to make and can easily be made in bulk.
I usually triple the recipe and keep this delicious dressing in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to a week. It’s great on salads, veggie bowls, sandwiches, and burgers and it works well as a veggie dip for snacking. So many possibilities!
Serves 2
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 generous tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp maple syrup (or more if desired)
- 2 tbsp water
Combine ingredients in a container with a lid. Shake shake shake and viola!
